Charles Leclerc breaks silence on ‘one and only’ Daniel Ricciardo’s RB axing
Daniel Ricciardo has left F1 after having taken part in 257 Grand Prix in his 13-year career.

Charles Leclerc the Ferrari F1 driver, has come up with a heartfelt message following Daniel Ricciardo’s departure from the sport. The latter’s RB axing was recently announced, and since then, the whole F1 community has been showering Ricciardo with immense love.
The F1 drivers have been at the forefront of the applause for Daniel Ricciardo. Charles Leclerc on his end, has shown his appreciation for the 35-year-old by sharing a lovely message on his Instagram story.
Ricciardo has left the pinnacle of motor racing having amassed eight Grand Prix wins, and 32 solid podiums!
Looking at the reaction of the Monegasque driver, he has from the bottom of his heart, wished Ricciardo the best of luck for his future endeavors. Moreover, he has also admitted to missing the lively character that the latter was in the F1 paddock from Austin onwards.

While Charles Leclerc has come up with a lovely gesture for Daniel Ricciardo, the RB F1 team has also come up with a message. Team Principal Laurent Mekies has left no stone unturned in applauding Ricciardo for everything that he brought to the Red Bull junior team.
The 35-year-old joined the Faenza-based team last year as a replacement for Nyck de Vries.
Ricciardo has left F1 after having an impressive career. Having won eight Grand Prix, amassing 32 podiums, three pole positions, 17 fastest laps, 257 starts, and a mammoth 1329 career points, he will definitely go down as one of the greats in the sport. The Australian’s exit has now brought Liam Lawson into the limelight at RB until the end of the 2024 F1 season.
