Lewis Hamilton is set to start the 2025 season with Ferrari as the pre-season test nears. The Briton is expected to help the Italian constructor return to its former glory alongside Charles Leclerc. Ahead of the first race, Leclerc has highlighted the key areas he hopes to learn from the seven-time champion.
Lewis Hamilton is known for his impressive feedback over car problems. Charles Leclerc insisted that Hamilton was joining Ferrari at the right time despite some critics raising doubts. The Monegasque noted that it was ‘cool’ to analyze Hamilton’s communication with race engineers and understand the reasons behind his success.
I think Lewis is coming into the team in [at] the right time. He’s achieved so much, it’s super interesting, and it’s super cool for me to be able to analyse how he actually works day to day with his engineers.

Leclerc further pointed out that he needed to learn the points that Hamilton paid particular attention to. The 27-year-old aims to replicate the Briton’s championship-winning success. Despite entering his seventh year with Ferrari, Leclerc seems eager to learn how Hamilton operates with the team.

Speaking about the overwhelming support surrounding Hamilton’s first visit to Maranello, Leclerc expressed that he sees only positives in the move. Moreover, the 27-year-old revealed that there was ‘craziness’ around the Fiorano track during their testing sessions.
I can obviously see the craziness. We’re in Fiorano — we drove the car and I can see the craziness around the track and that’s amazing to see. I only see the positives.
