Honestly, no. I feel like, while I’ve mentioned before that it would be an honour to work with Adrian, I have been privileged to work with two championship-winning teams that didn’t have Adrian.
Lewis Hamilton said ahead of the Azerbaijan Grand Prix

Hamilton has won twice this season despite being on a slow start during the initial stints. As he nears the closure of a glorious spell for the Silver Arrows, the 39-year-old will make the most of his races here on.

I think there's lots of question marks on a lot of it. It could be a number of things. It could be track-dependent. It could be the upgrade - my gut is telling me that it's probably the upgrade. It's hard to see the difference between the two.
Lewis Hamilton told the media including RacingNews365

Hamilton has thereafter felt that the new upgrades have not been suitable to the W15’s specs over the recent races. Hamilton further clarified that the team is making their best efforts to resolve their issues ahead of the race in Baku.

The Silver Arrows currently stand fourth in the constructors’ championship but are hopeful of securing a top-three finish this year. The upcoming street circuits of Baku and Singapore will be crucial in determining their fate for the remaining campaign.
