Aston Martin’s 2024 performance has witnessed a major degradation in pace as compared to 2023. The Silverstone-based constructor lost the running for the championship early on in the season. Hence, Lawrence Stroll has continued to make major changes to improve significantly by the time of the introduction of new regulations in 2026.

Adrian Newey‘s acquisition is one of the major rumors regarding Aston Martin’s upcoming changes. Additionally, the team had already sold a minority stake to Arctos Partners in the past. However, Lawrence Stroll has further aimed at increasing the investment by different partners to gain more funds to invest in the F1 team.

The two giants will receive an approximate 20-25% shares of the company. The deal is reported to be approximately $2 Billion further increasing AMR’s valuation. The parent company’s overall valuation will increase to a whopping approximation of $10 Billion.

Lawrence Stroll claims Aston Martin is preparing for a ‘bright future’ F1

Multiple massive changes in Aston Martin are believed to propel the team’s performance to the maximum. Lawrence Stroll commented on the current struggles and voiced his opinions. Stroll pointed out that the new wind tunnel construction had concluded as everything was being prepared for a bright future. However, the Billionaire accepted that the sport didn’t change massively from one year to another.

We are also almost finished with the new wind tunnel that should be operational this year, everything is being prepared for a bright future. We all know that Formula 1 doesn’t change from one year to the next and sometimes you have to go through a difficult period before you see the result somewhere.

The 2024 season has been a disappointment, to say the least for Aston Martin. The team’s desperate attempts to revive any performance have failed as the team is in no contention for the championship. Additionally, the 2025 season might also be a similar story due to the lack of information gained in the season.
