Most fans are so kind to go out of their way. I’ve got this one really sweet lady, for example, that’s traveled to quite a few of the European races, and she keeps turning up and giving me books of poems, and there’ll be a book on history, and she would have gone through and put tabs on all the important parts of the book.Lewis Hamilton said in an interview
The Brit stated her as a sweet woman who had gifted him books and poems by traveling to various European races. He further revealed that these literature pieces were tagged on the important stanzas by her, which portrayed her love towards Hamilton as a fan.

On the other hand, Hamilton has emerged as one of the few drivers that have won multiple races this season. After his last win in Belgium, he anticipated Mercedes to be fighting at the front in Zandvoort. However, he was left dejected after finishing eighth in the race, he also acknowledged that it was not a clear representation of the German marque’s performance.

The Englishman asserted that Mercedes would bounce back despite recent struggles.
We definitely have [updates coming], there’s definitely some performance to come over the course of the next few races. I don’t know if we’ll get [to the front], but we do have small bits. I don’t know if we have anything huge coming, but hopefully we have some more. I hope that we have another chance to fight for a win at some stage.Lewis Hamilton said in an interview as quoted by MotorsportWeek
Hamilton explained that there are multiple updates on the horizon that the W15 would bear in the coming races. He then stated that these upgrades would propel the Brackley-based squad up the field and envisioned fighting for race wins soon.
As per the current pecking order, only Ferrari and McLaren seem to have the pace to win a race as Red Bull and Mercedes have witnessed a slump in their performance. The Brackley-based team has so far managed to amass 292 points in the 2024 Constructors Championship.
