Lewis Hamilton will race for Scuderia Ferrari in the upcoming season alongside Charles Leclerc. The latter has played a pivotal role in Maranello’s recent rise to the front. Now, Hamilton has acknowledged that Leclerc remains a fiercely quick driver at the Scuderia.
The seven-time world champion was rumored to be slower than the 27-year-old during the SF-25 shakedown at Fiorano. On the other hand, Charles Leclerc has revealed that he will keep an eye on Hamilton’s conversations in the Ferrari garage to learn from the Briton.
Lewis Hamilton insisted that he has a great relationship with his new teammate. Moreover, the 40-year-old praised Leclerc for being extremely professional and friendly with his colleagues at Maranello. The seven-time world champion pointed out that he was fully aware of how fast Charles Leclerc can be on-track.

The British driver applauded Leclerc for being quite mature at the age of 27. Hamilton claimed that the Monegasque was probably more mature than when he was his age. Additionally, Lewis Hamilton admitted that defeating Leclerc will not be easy at Ferrari.

He has a bright future ahead of him, he is only 27 years old but he is also very mature to be a twenty-seven year old. He’s probably more mature than I was at 27. Beating him won’t be easy of course.
