Seven-time world champion Lewis Hamilton is considered among the greats in the history of Formula 1. With 105 wins and 201 podiums, Hamilton has showcased top skill and performance for the last 17 years.

Motorsport Magazine has since released a list of the greatest Formula 1 drivers of all time. The list features some notable names across history, such as the late. Brazilian legend Ayrton Senna and German driver Michael Schumacher.

Lewis Hamilton has been ranked as the second-greatest racing driver of all time, succeeding the likes of Senna and Schumacher. British legend Jim Clark was ranked the greatest racing driver by Motorsport Magazine.

Hamilton holds immense respect for both Ayrton Senna and Michael Schumacher. The 39-year-old will join Ferrari next year and is eyeing a record eighth driver’s world championship before he retires from the pinnacle of motor racing.

Hamilton might opt for a power unit change in order to better his chances for the remainder of the season. He claims that a pit lane start might just let him salvage his chances at the United States Grand Prix.

The upcoming race at Austin will be yet another one where the team will try to maximize their chances.
