Max Verstappen is known to not hesitate to showcase his anger and frustration while on track. The Dutchman had continued to put forth his disappointment from the Red Bull’s struggle in his manner. However, FIA recently banned the use of swear words amidst the ongoing uprise of abusive language on team radio. As a result, the Dutchman was summoned to the stewards for dropping the F-bomb.

FIA revealed that Formula 1 drivers must not use swear words on team radio while racing on the track. However, the governing body faced major backlash over this decision from a majority of the drivers present on the track. Moreover, Max Verstappen was summoned to the officials after he was caught saying the F-word during a press conference ahead of the Singapore GP.

Verstappen was subsequently questioned regarding his thoughts on being summoned. The Dutchman wasn’t very happy with the occurrence and didn’t hesitate to showcase his resentment. Verstappen bluntly replied to the question and claimed that he had ‘no words’ to say regarding the matter.

Max Verstappen suffered from a ‘difficult’ practice session at Singapore GP

The Singapore GP will be a tough hurdle to overcome for Red Bull amidst their ongoing struggles. The team had crushing hopes of an impressive performance in Singapore already. However, Max Verstappen revealed that he started facing problems from the first practice session onwards. The Dutchman noted that the RB20 chassis had no grip which caused ‘difficulty’ in driving the car.

It was difficult, just not having the grip that we would like, so we have a few things to look at.

Red Bull must desperately work on rediscovering their form in order to regain the championship lead. McLaren will continue to build the gap in points amidst their dominant performance recently. Verstappen has attempted his level best to score points despite the major problems with the chassis.
