Verstappen was confident that this personality trait enabled him to win three highly coveted driver’s championships.

We all want to win and you do everything for that. I hate losing, so when you race, you race to win. That’s how I look at it and live my life. Some appreciate that more than others. That is why I am also a three-time world champion.

Verstappen is highly likely to win the 2024 Drivers’ Championship following the recent performances. Lando Norris, despite having the fastest chassis is unable to catch up at the top. As a result, the 27-year-old just has to keep scoring well enough in the three remaining races to deny any chances of a late-season championship contention this season.
