The Reds have not won the constructors’ championship since the 2008, while the Papayas have been in the wait for it since 1997. With both teams in strong form, an interesting title chase awaits fans as Formula 1 heads into the Las Vegas GP.

Zak Brown deems Lando Norris as open-hearted amidst tight title tussle

McLaren driver Lando Norris has been in fine form for the better part of the 2024 season. He has, however, failed to capitalise on crucial opportunities during races, which have cost him heavily in the title race this campaign.

The world has changed. More transparent. Today, admitting weaknesses is a strength. We all have them. Perhaps Lando is sometimes too open-hearted, and he would be better advised to hold back certain things.

Zak Brown told Auto Motor & Sport

Zak Brown has urged Lando Norris to not be too harsh on himself with respect for the mistakes he makes on track. He then claimed that admitting weakness in today’s society is often considered a sign of strength. Furthermore, he advised the 25-year-old to not be too open with his feelings to the media.

Norris trails in the drivers’ championship by 62 points heading into the last three races of the season. His efforts have nevertheless played a prime role in boosting the Woking-based team’s title chase. He must now play the team game and put in good runs to land some silverware by the end of the year.
