“Allergic to winning,” F1 Twitter implodes as Charles Leclerc CURSE strikes once again in football
Charles Leclerc
After a tough defeat at the Italian GP, Charles Leclerc is enjoying his free time before the F1 action rolls on. After what was a disappointing but expected defeat in front of the Tifosi in Ferrari’s backyard, a break is much needed for the Monegasque driver. With this being his first season as a title contender, it is probably the one that has been the most stressful so far in his career.
Charles sits in second place in the drivers standings ahead of reigning world champion Max Verstappen who has amassed a total of 335 points so far this season. Along with him, Red Bull comfortably leads the constructors championship too as they have acquired 545 points altogether. However Charles Leclerc will not be worrying about this as he is focused on spending some of his free time with his friends and family. One such activity that he has been doing is attending football matches which has somewhat been a hilarious.
A few days back, Charles attended a football match at the Allianz stadium as a special guest for Juventus. The team further went on to lose the match lost 2-1 to Benfica where fans first made fun of his luck and said that it was a curse. It was even more hilarious for the second time when Charles Leclerc was at Monaco’s match against Ferencvaros in the Europa League last night which his country lost 0-1 proving the fact that the Leclerc curse was real and had shifted from F1 to football. Fans didn’t wait and were immediately throwing shots at the poor Monegasque driver who just couldn’t seem to catch a break.

F1 twitter hilariously reacts to Charles Leclerc’s bad luck
At the end of the day, it’s all a bunch of banter and no one really blames Charles Leclerc for the events that have happened in his presence. Although it is hilarious and also sad at the same time from a non-ferrari fan’s perspective to see the Monegasque drive struggle in the races with his own mistakes and that of his team. A dire solution is required to counter these issues and hopes are high that Ferrari will find a solution.
