Max Verstappen finished the qualifying at the pole after a fantastic lap in the Belgian GP qualifying. Max aced the last lap of his qualifying lap just to end up at the back of the grid after he opted for new parts for his engine. Verstappen anyhow had a lap of the season after finishing the qualifying with a gap of six-tenths of a second to Carlos Sainz.
Max Verstappen and Charles Leclerc will be starting right beside each other with both the protagonists starting from the back. Verstappen saw it coming and was ready to fight his rival. Max will be starting ahead of Charles after finishing ahead of him in the Qualifying.
Verstappen plans to finish ahead of Charles to extend the points in the championship lead. “That was the goal, but of course in the end you just try to be first in qualifying. The feeling was just good and then of course you just go for it. At least a podium is a goal with a car that is going so well,” said Max.

Red Bull seems to be the fastest car on track with a 1:43.665 in the final run he had a gap of six-tenths of a second to Carlos Sainz, with 1:44.297. Max Verstappen seems really pleased with his team’s work ahead of the main race after a successful Qualifying.
“The whole weekend just felt fine, and of course, you always try to make small adjustments to improve the car a bit more. That’s what we did for qualifying, and I was very happy with it,” said Max.
The championship could take a big turn with the result of the Belgian GP. Sergio Perez and Carlos Sainz is way ahead of Max and Charles in the grid, with only a minimum points difference in the table things could shuffle a lot.
