British GP 2022; Alfa Romeo confirm Zhou Guanyu is OKAY after being stretchered off to the hospital

Zhou Guanyu's crash at Silverstone

Zhou Guanyu had a horrific start to his British Grand Prix with a upside down car which ended his Grand Prix with no information if he was okay after the crash or not. But things looked better after Zhou came out of his car and was taken on stretcher to the hospital. As the reply showed, Zhous car got engaged with George Russell and went all the way upside down jumping over the tyre barrier and was stuck there all the while. Things could have gone very wrong but as he is said to okay.

Zhou Guanyu started P9 and had a great start almost taking out George Russell for the 8th position but got into the collision. This is an another thanks to the Halo added to the cars in 2018 that now has saved Zhou’s life and many other on previous occasions.

The first lap chaos engaged Zhou Guanyu, Russell, Tsunoda, Albon and Ocon ended all of the cars races.

Running order after the Crash

The Crash brought out Red Flags and as the things got cleared we could see 5 cars out of the race those were involved in the chaotic first lap.

Max Verstappen after a fantastic start took the lead with Carlos on P2. Hamilton had a great start and he managed to get ahead of Charles Leclerc and Sergio Perez and is on P3.

But as the latest report said the Standing order stays the same as the Quali standing with Carlos on the top and Max on front row, as Independent has been giving out the live updates.
