The chaotic Las Vegas GP is underway. The entire race started with a virtual safety car on the first lap, subsequently followed by another safety car in the third lap. Charles Leclerc faced some unfortunate incidents in the race as well.
Max Verstappen, the then-race leader, pushed the Monegasque racer off the track in turn 1, which resulted in him losing the primary spot in the race. The Carlos Sainz and Fernando Alonso spin-off in turn 1 caused a virtual safety car immediately in the first lap of the race.
Subsequently, Lando Norris’ crash out in the following laps caused another safety car in the Las Vegas GP. This reduced the entire pace of the drivers, and multiple drivers talked about the slow safety car. The Monegasque driver was no stranger to complaining about the slow and multiple-laps safety car.

The slow safety car caused temperature issues to the drivers as Leclerc also ranted about the slow safety car and the lack of grip. The 26-year-old additionally commented on how he almost lost the grip and crashed due to the lack of grip under slow safety car conditions.
AH, I nearly lost it, the tires are f*cking cold!
Charles Leclerc also ranted about Max Verstappen incident into turn 1
The turn one incident between the two drivers had irritated the pole-sitter Charles Leclerc. Verstappen forced Leclerc off the track, causing him to lose his primary position. This provoked Charles Leclerc to rant to his race engineer about the incident and asked for a look into the matter.
The Monegasque racer stated that it would be a ‘joke’ if Verstappen were allowed to keep the position without any penalties, considering the move was very risky and unnecessary. Afterward, the 26-year-old demanded that they hand back the position due to the incident and finally insisted on addressing the incident immediately after the turn.
Regardless, the Monegasque continues to battle the two Red Bulls in the front for the P1 victory. He is currently clinging onto the second spot behind race leader Max Verstappen and is in a continuous battle with the Mexican for the second spot. Leclerc aims at scoring a podium at best if not the race victory as the 26-year-old needs a victory to finish the season off in style.
