Allegations of inappropriate behaviour were made against Red Bull’s Team Principal Christian Horner earlier this month by a female employee. The Englishman has categorically denied all of the accusations after the Austrian beverage giants that own the team announced an internal investigation.
Despite the drama, Christian Horner was recently seen at Silverstone with Max Verstappen and Sergio Perez attending Red Bull’s 2023 car launch. While speaking with the media, he pointed out that it is ‘business as usual’ at the team, and the investigation hasn’t produced any complications on the side.

The support from within the business, and our partners within the industry, has been overwhelming. At moments of uncertainty, it brings teams together and I have never seen a team more together or more supportive than it is.Christian Horner said thegaurdian.com
Despite being advised to resign by close allies till the investigation is over he decided to remain in his position as team principal. While he fully respects the process, he has denied all of the allegations leveled against him and hopes that the investigation will be concluded soon.
He also discussed rumors that the investigation was the result of internal politics, stating that there is no power struggle, and insisting that they work as a team. Horner reveals that he and the team have received excellent support from the shareholders, and without it, they would not be where they are today.
Christian Horner is dedicated to his role as Red Bull’s team principal
The allegations made against Christian Horner for ‘controlling behavior’ have cast some shadow on the Red Bull. During the launch of the car, Horner pointed out that he is completely dedicated to the team and is excited about what lies ahead of them.

I am committed to this team, I have been here since the beginning, and I have built this team. There have been highs and lows along the way, with 113 race wins, we have won seven drivers’ world championships, and six constructors’ world championships in 19 seasons. That’s in the history books now but it’s what lies ahead that’s important. My focus is on the future.Christian Horner said.
Red Bull is anticipating a strong season with the RB20 car, having dominated the past two years, winning drivers’ and constructors’ titles. Horner, the youngest team principal in the sport, is now the longest-serving on the current grid.
