Yuki Tsunoda, the young Japanese driver, has quite a reputation at the pinnacle of motor racing for his furious outbursts. He has, over the years, made a reputation for being absolutely blunt over the team radio, and Christian Horner has recently shed light on how Tsunoda learned his English after arriving in the UK.
F**k is a word that is very commonly used around various kinds of sports all over the world, but there are going to be only a few athletes who would use the word as much as Yuki Tsunoda. Tsunoda rarely gets into a conversation without using the F word at least a few times.

While the 2023 F1 season is currently at a halt for a week, Horner recently sat for the eff won with the DRS podcast, where he recalled the young Japanese driver’s journey to England to establish himself in racing. He admired Tsunoda as one of the most liked drivers in the paddock and recalled his first time racing in an F1 car, where he used the slur ‘mother f***er’ without understanding the full meaning and the usage of it in the English language.

So,he came over to the UK to learn English and drive for an English team that was based on the outskirts of London. They are something like out of a movie from Snatch or like a Guy Ritchie movie. So, you know this little Japanese guy thought that 'motherf****r' or the word 'f**k' was part of the English language. So he gets in a Formula 1 car, and in his very first test, he's going, I've got understeer motherf****r and I'm like, did he really say that!!!"Horner said via eff won with DRS podcast.
Yuki Tsunoda’s got an F1 deal under his belt for 2024
While Yuki Tsunoda has always been a fiery character, he’s had his ups and downs since debuting at the pinnacle of motor racing. But as time has elapsed, he has gotten better and better at his race craft, and this is one of the reasons why he’s been entrusted with a one-year contract extension by AlphaTauri.

Coming into the ongoing campaign, Tsunoda only had a deal in place for 2023. Still, during the Japanese Grand Prix weekend, it was announced by Helmut Marko and Co. that they had retained their current AlphaTauri line-up (Daniel Ricciardo and Yuki Tsunoda) for next year.

Yuki Tsunoda is seen as an extremely talented driver by several people on the F1 paddock. While he is currently an AlphaTauri driver, his main objective, just like the other drivers, is to challenge for Grand Prix wins at every outing. He could be a Red Bull prospect for 2025 if his 2024 campaign goes really well.
