Christian Horner‘s world has been turned upside down with him having to deal with various kinds of issues at Red Bull. On one hand, he has his inappropriate behavior saga to deal with, and on the other, he is desperately trying to maintain the peace at Red Bull.

Max Verstappen has recently been linked with Mercedes and amidst all the tensions that have currently found a home at Red Bull, Christian Horner staged a meeting with the 26-year-old’s manager, Raymond Vermeulen.

A source told the PA News agency, as reported by the Independent, Horner met with Verstappen’s manager in Dubai on Monday to iron out the ongoing tensions. Moreover, it has also been made known that the talks went well.

Some of the senior figures at Red Bull were also present during the meeting. However, Max Verstappen and his Jos dad, Jos Verstappen, were not present and were being represented by the former’s long-standing manager.

Something has to give in the ongoing Christian Horner – Red Bull circus

While Horner is desperately trying to maintain the peace at Red Bull, it is just not possible for him to deal with everything, especially considering the pickle he himself is in currently. Various kinds of rumors have been flying on the web and Red Bull has started turning into an entertaining soap opera.

However, while the ongoing problems have become a source of entertainment for neutral fans, it has heavily damaged the reputation of not only the Red Bull F1 team but also the whole Austria-based Red Bull group. The upcoming weeks/months could bring more misery to their doorstep.

Keeping in view everything that has been discussed above, the ongoing saga will explode drastically at some point. Either Christian Horner would be seen departing for the team or some of the other prominent names on the team could leave if the Brit manages to carry on in his current role.
