Slater even asked if it was correct that the entire saga became public knowledge. Christian Horner once again mentioned that he would not comment on this matter. The Briton was happy to continue his duties at Red Bull without any distractions from outside.
I can't give you any further comment. Process has been conducted and concluded... Look, again, I'm not going to be able to give any further comment on it. I'm pleased to be here in Bahrain and with the team focused on the season ahead. The team has never been stronger.
Christian Horner to continue as Red Bull Team Principal
Uncertainty loomed on Horner’s F1 career due to the investigation. Reports emerged that Red Bull even had replacements on its radar including its former F1 driver David Coulthard. However, it is clear that Christian Horner will continue as the Team Principal at Milton Keynes for the time to come.
Previously, many reckoned that the entire saga created a rift within the team. It was believed that Max Verstappen‘s father Jos Verstappen had a fallout with the 50-year-old. However, things will likely go back to the right track after this verdict. As Horner could finally lead his team without any pressure from the outside world.
