The 5th season of this popular show is just around the corner. The latest iteration of Drive to Survive will delve into the 2022 F1 season. Red Bull Racing dominated the sport’s first year with the new regulations. However, the Austrian team was found guilty of breaching the new Formula 1 cost cap. The show will show Christian Horner’s real reactions when the Red Bull boss was informed about the team’s over expenditure.
Apparently, Christian Horner got to know about the breach of the cost cap only a few hours after Max Verstappen clinched the world championship. This indeed was devastating news for the Christian as his team faced severe consequences. Subsequently, Horner had no option but to unwillingly admit the horrendous error made by the Austrian team.

Christian Horner was infuriated after Red Bull’s penalty for breaching the cost cap
Lastly, FIA President Mohammed Ben Sulayem tried to console Christian Horner for the penalty put in place for Red Bull. Subsequently, Horner narrates the incident on the show and dismissed the FIA President’s remarks. Christian stated, “He said, ‘They all want your blood, they want to f*** you. You don’t have friends. I’m your only friend’. Well I don’t need friends.“
