Epstein mentioned that the only full-time residents would be vehicles. He also noted significant interest from various complimentary businesses, specialty vehicle sellers, collectible car dealers, service centers, etc.

“Is just beginning and is expected to take twelve months. The only full-time residents have wheels. Collectible car dealers, to full-on service centers and simulators, the interest from complimentary businesses has been very strong,” said Brad Epstein.
