The 2023 Azerbaijan F1 Grand Prix was extremely straightforward, with Sergio Perez winning. But despite this fact, most of the attention was garnered by the Red Bull F1 team’s pit crew, who broke the rules by climbing onto the fences at the fall of the chequered flag. This incident has put the Red Bull team in hot waters.
When the chequered flag fell at the Baku Stree Circuit, the Red Bull guys claimed onto the fences, and this was deemed inappropriate by many of the pundits of the sport. Moreover, it is indicated in the F1 2023 rule book, as per the latest regulation change, that no one is allowed to climb onto the fences. The Milton-Keynes-based team did not care for the rule one bit.
While Red Bull received a lot of heat during the incident from the F1 pundits, the fans of the sport have also come up with their reactions to the team’s antics. Many have deemed it as totally irresponsible, and they are 100 percent on point in their assessment. Moreover, they have come up with strong reactions toward the incident.

Looking at the reactions, it is quite clear that the fans of the pinnacle of motor racing are not one bit happy with the actions of the Red Bull pit crew members. Many have asked for a stringent penalty imposed on the Christian Horner-led Red Bull F1 team. The next few hours going to be key in this matter.
Red Bull is on the march in the 2023 F1 season
The ongoing campaign is now four races down, and the Milton-Keynes-based Red Bull team has managed to amass victories in all four. The RB19 is being considered a rocket shit by several people up and down the paddock, and they are wrong in their assessment. So far, none of the other teams have been able to match the might of the Austrian outfit.
Max Verstappen and Sergio Perez have both won two races each now, and by the looks of it, the 2023 Drivers Championship fight will have only the Red Bull drivers. The RB19 has proved too strong this year, and none of the other teams have dared to claim that they would pose a challenge to them at some point in the season.
Taking everything under consideration and with the Miami Grand Prix next up on the F1 calendar, is the story going to be much of the same that has been witnessed so far in the season? Would the Red Bull drivers be again able to lock out the Top 2 positions at the upcoming Miami Grand Prix or would someone else be able to rise up to the challenge?
