Fans reactions to the decrease in viewership of the 2024 Bahrain GP

The fans with their strong reactions have made their frustration known about the current state of things in F1. Most of the people are fed up with seeing Max Verstappen disappearing into the distance and making the race a no-contest. Moreover, some of them have even gone on to claim that NASCAR is doing way better.

Max Verstappen proved extremely dominant during the 2024 Bahrain GP

While fans have left no stone unturned in mocking F1 for its current state of things, their reactions have mostly stemmed from the efforts Max Verstappen has been putting in for Red Bull. He won a whopping 19 races during the 2023 F1 season.

Moreover, he has kicked off the 2024 campaign in Bahrain on the same note. The 26-year-old won last week’s 57-lap lap race at the Bahrain International Circuit by a huge margin of 22 seconds over second place, Sergio Perez.

Verstappen’s dominance has proved extremely beneficial for Red Bull but when it comes to the overall sport, it has taken a massive hit in terms of viewership. Keeping in view everything, it will be in the best interest of the sport if the other teams can step up their game significantly from the upcoming Saudi Arabian GP onwards.
