Ferrari racer Charles Leclerc has not had the best of starts to his 2023 season with a disappointing DNF at the season opener in Bahrain , and yet another one in Australia. At the Saudi Arabian GP, where he had narrowly missed out on a roaring win last year, the Monegasque could only find a spot in the seventh position in the Championship Standings. This goes to say that the fans of Charles Leclerc are now absolutely dejected to see their favorite racer down in the 10th place in the rankings, and they have blamed Ferrari for these flaws.
Last year, Ferrari Team Principal Mattia Binotto resigned from his position as he was unable to lead them back to their winning ways. And then, Frederic Vasseur entered as the new Chief with a promise of bringing the F1 crown to Maranello. But now, it seems that Ferrari’s luck is not going any better this year, and the team has horribly failed their talented pair of drivers–Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz. Amidst all the tension amongst the fans for Ferrari’s poor results, Charles has given them a pleasant surrpise–his own song ‘AUS23 (1:1)’.
Charles Leclerc recently claimed at one of the Formula 1 interviews that he is working on some new music, and the beautiful piano rendition in AUS23 has touched the hearts of all the fans. But the soulful music has not kept some of the listeners to mock Leclerc, saying that he is thinking of taking up music as a side-hustle since his main job, that is driving racecars at the highest pinnacle of motorsports, is not going so well at the moment.

Fans come up with their own theories to explain why Charles Leclerc named his song ‘AUS23’
Charles Leclerc is already well-known for his talents behind the racing skill and also for being a polyglot. The Monegasque, who is fluent in French and Italian, has also modelled for Giorgio Armani, and he is a well-established sim racer with a huge following on Twitch, too. This time, he has blown his fans off their feet by revealing yet another thing that he is incredibly good at–playing the piano. His new single, cryptically titled as ‘AUS23’, does not feature any lyrics, yet it takes the fans to an emotional state with the sorrowful sounds of the piano.
Now, fans have not held back their reactions as they decided Charles Leclerc has taken up music as a career move because Ferrari has failed him terribly. Some of them also commented on why the song is named as AUS23. Here is what they have to say–
In other news, rumors about Charles Leclerc thinking of making a move to Mercedes have taken the F1 world by a storm. Sources have confirmed that the Monegasque might not look to extend his contract with Ferrari any further, and that Charles might replace Lewis Hamilton as the new Merc recruit. But no official confirmation has arrived on the matter as of yet, and Charles himself has not given a comment as well.
