Max Verstappen has been an integral part of Red Bull for several years now. The Dutch driver has managed to build the team around himself at Milton Keynes. As such, Verstappen enjoys a great relationship with Team Principal Christian Horner. However, this did not stop the three-time world champion from contemplating pranking the Briton.
Verstappen was recently featured in a promotional clip for Red Bull Racing. The 26-year-old sat on a chair and adjusted the back support. The Dutch driver was pleased with the chair as he leaned back and said, “This is it, this is it.” However, Max Verstappen wondered if he should unscrew the chair before Horner came to sit.
The three-time world champion asked the Red Bull production crew, “Shall I just unscrew the top? and then when Christian sits down he just… shunts through the wall.” Verstappen pretended to fall from the chair as he leaned dramatically. Certainly, this hilarious prank could lead to a severe injury for the Red Bull team boss.

Fans amazed by Max Verstappen’s mischievous idea
Fans on Twitter were quick to share their views. Users were shocked to see the three-time world champion give into his intrusive thoughts on camera. One fan said, “My man letting his intrusive thoughts win.” Another user pointed out the massive smile on Verstappen’s face as he plotted out his plan. The user wrote, “PLS HIS INNOCENT SMILE AT THE END SKCNEIXHSJ MAX.”
On the other hand, one fan believed that a furious Christian Horner would probably fire Max Verstappen if this prank were to take place. The fan commented, “The day Max’s contract with Red Bull ends….” Moreover, one user reckoned that F1 presenter Ted Kravitz would certainly note down this abusive incident. The user replied, “Ted Kravitz notebook: ‘Max Verstappen has abused Christian Horner’.”
Certainly, Christian Horner would be far from happy if Verstappen executed this interesting plan. However, the Red Bull team boss has probably already gotten a heads-up after this clip went viral on Twitter. As such, Max Verstappen might need to think of other ideas to prank his Team Principal. Fans would be looking forward to more such hilarious prank ideas from the Dutchman in the future.
