I think I've said everything I'm supposed to say about that. It depends on the lawyers. We have a very, very good group of people, professional people working on that. I really believe that we have a bigger case and every possibility to win the case. But to be honest, it's not on me anymore.
Felipe Massa said in an interview with racingnews365

The Brazilian has been fighting a battle against the CRASHGATE incident for a long time. Moreover, it has been made known that the case has been filed at London’s High Court.

Smedley feels while Massa feels betrayed because of what happened at the 2008 Singapore Grand Prix, ultimately Hamilton was declared the winner at the end of the season.

It would certainly have been great to win the world championship in 2008. But we didn’t do it. Lewis won it. And the driver with the most Points at the end of the season are whoever deserves to win.

Felipe Massa’s tussle with the FIA and F1 is going to drag on for quite some time. Keeping in view the pace at which legal proceedings take place, a final decision regarding the whole case could be expected in a few months. If the Brazilian wins his case, it would come as a major shock to the F1 community.
