Fernando Alonso, the Aston Martin F1 driver, has been competing at the pinnacle of motor racing for several years. He made his debut in 2001, but despite this fact, he is still going strong at the pinnacle of motor racing and proving that age is just a number. However, he has recently made it known that he has sacrificed a lot for F1.
Fernando Alonso is a former 2-time F1 world champion, and most of his life has revolved around racing. He is currently 42 years old and has yet to have kids of his own. He believes that because of his passion for racing, he has missed out on quite a few important things so far in his life.

While shedding light on the same in an exclusive interview, he told Aston Martin;
I'm a very family-oriented person. I love to spend time with my family. At this time of my life, I thought I'd already have a family and kids, all these kinds of things, and I found myself at 42 without any kids yet. I have sacrificed a lot for F1, but I have no regrets.
Looking at the reaction of the Spaniard, it is quite clear that he feels that he should have done certain things that he has yet to do. He values family immensely and thinks that he should have at least had kids of his own. However, despite everything, he has emphasized that he has no regrets in his life.
Fernando Alonso wants to add a third F1 world championship to his list of accolades
While Fernando Alonso has made it known that he has no regrets in his life, one of the main reasons behind his continuing at the pinnacle of motor racing is to win at least one more F1 world championship. Alonso wants to bring the shutter down on his career as a 3-time title holder.

At Aston Martin, he firmly believes that he can have a serious go at the world championship in the upcoming years. The AMR23 proved extremely potent during the early rounds of this year’s campaign, and considering this, Alonso has hope of achieving his objective.
