FIA to implement procedural measures after a disastrous Japanese Grand Prix

The 2022 Japanese Grand Prix was one of the most disastrous races of the calendar this season and extremely unsafe for the drivers taking part in it. Pierre Gasly almost collided with the truck that was brought on to clear the track and was fined for it as well, despite it not being his fault.
The fans were enraged to see poor management of the situation by the FIA and also blamed them for hosting such an unsafe race. There were torrential rains at Suzuka which delayed the Japanese Grand Prix and there were a lot of questionable decisions made by the FIA with regard to the race and a lot of them called out their competency after the race.
The disastrous way the Japanese Grand Prix, caused quite a few drivers to raise concerns about their procedures and how they could be made better. The organization has taken into consideration the numerous recommendations made by the drivers and has decided to implement some procedural changes based on them.

The fans were not completely happy with the procedural changes and will only believe their eyes once these changes are implemented and start to take effect in real situations.
