Red Bull’s favorite Dutch lion recently broke the record for ‘most consecutive wins’ in Formula 1, winning a staggering 10 Grands Prix in a row in this season. Max Verstappen’s statistics in the races over the last two years have been absolutely brilliant. And recognising that fact, Frederic Vasseur, the Ferrari Team Boss has pointed out how Verstappen’s brilliance shines beyond these numbers.

Frederic Vasseur pointed out how Max has not made a single error in the last two years. He said on Speedcafe, “For sure, they (Red Bull) have always had mega pace, But what is most impressive for me is that Max – and not just in the last 10 races but over the last two years – hasn’t made a single mistake.” Fred pointed out how Verstappen’s outrageous performance isn’t just limited to the races. “Over two seasons, that’s just mega.”, added Vasseur while in conversation about the length of Max’s dominance in F1.

Glancing back on the unbelievable statistics that the Dutchman has built up for himself at only 25 years of age, he has won 20 of the last 24 races, and 27 of 34 stretching back to the start of last season. That is indeed quite ‘mega’. And while Max is driving the same car as Sergio Perez, his Red Bull teammate, the Mexican has not been able to show the same success.
