The Milton Keynes-based team Red Bull is the only current team that owns two different racing outfits. This happened after Red Bull acquired the Minardi racing team in 2006 and renamed it Toro Rosso [presently AlphaTauri]. The two teams owned by the energy drink manufacturing giant haven’t caused any hindrance to the grid, and drivers yet and, hence, continue to race within Formula 1.
However, Guenther Steiner has raised concerns over the status quo. He believes this should be discussed as there are multiple other sports where this is not allowed. However, the Haas boss mentioned that Formula 1 hasn’t had any issues due to this yet.

I think, whether it is right or wrong, it needs to be discussed in depth. Obviously, there are many other sports in which it is not allowed to have a second team, but until now, in Formula 1 there had not been a single problem with something like that.
Steiner told Racefans.net
Steiner talked about the past 18 years that the two giants have together and not caused any issues in the sport. Additionally, he commented that at some point in the future, questions will be raised over a single giant managing two entirely different teams. However, Steiner felt that it was not worth reacting to immediately.
We have been with a second team on the grid for 18 years and it has worked well so far. What is clear is that at some point questions will be asked about it and some will wonder if it should or should not work with them. With this case, I don't know if it's worth reacting now, since they have been working like this for a long time.
Guenther Steiner commented on the number of races in a season
Guenther Steiner shared his views on the current limit of races in a racing season. Steiner commented that exceeding the limit of 24 races per season could potentially fatigue both fans and racers and also lead to a dislike for the sport.

The Italian-American boss emphasized that Formula 1 should consider the fans a ‘priority’ and that the sport should cater to their needs and preferences. Additionally, He said that there seems to be no saturation point as the races held are different and unique from each other. The 58-year-old also added that 24 races are the limit, seeing the team setup of the grid.
Being the boss of an American team, Steiner also showed his support for American Involvement in the sport. He commented on the sponsors and the advertisements that the sport gains due to American influence. The Haas team boss believed that F1 needed a strong presence in the United States as it is the world’s largest economy.
