Helmut Marko, the Red Bull team adviser, has recently talked about the Austrian team’s target for the remainder of the 2023 F1 season. Red Bull has bashed its competition so far in the ongoing campaign, but Marko believes that the outfit can still look to improve during the second leg of the campaign.

F1 is currently in its summer break, where most of the Red Bull crew is enjoying their time off from the sport. Max Verstappen has perfectly led the team’s charge during the first leg of the campaign, and Helmut Marko has indicated that he is going to expect much of the same from the Red Bull drivers from Zandvoort onwards.

The 80-year-old is quite pleased with how Red Bull has performed so far, and while talking about the team’s targets for the remainder of 2023, he told ORF, “Now there is room to win everything. And if we’ve already made twelve, that’s the goal now.” The Austrian has made it clear that he would like to see Red Bull win all the races during the second leg of the campaign.

While Helmut Marko’s target for Red Bull looks quite challenging from the outside, it is doable for the Milton-Keynes-based team considering the might of the RB19. The car has operated on a whole other level, and nothing seems impossible for them now. None of the other F1 teams could win even a single race during the first leg.

The Red Bull F1 team proved dominant during the 2022 season, but they have taken their dominance to a new level this year. The first leg of the ongoing campaign is over, and none of the other teams have been able to challenge Max Verstappen and Sergio Perez. Moreover, they have been left scratching their heads seeing RB19s performance output.

No matter what kind of track, the RB19 has proved just too mightily for the likes of Mercedes, Ferrari, and Aston Martin to come up with an answer. The ongoing campaign is 13 rounds down, and the Milton-Keynes-based team has won 12. Round 6 of this year’s campaign was called off because of incessant rain.

Helmut Marko and Christian Horner are quite satisfied with the progress of the Red Bull F1 team, but considering the kind of upper hand they have over rival teams this year, Marko wants the Verstappen and Perez to make the most of it. Round 14 of the ongoing campaign is Max Verstappen’s home race, and he would be the favorite to secure another victory for Red Bull.
