Lewis and Nicholas
Lewis Hamilton has a quirky side to his personality that surfaces every now and then and recently during a driver’s press conference the veteran Brit’s that side was there for everyone to see. Hamilton got his phone out and took a picture while the conference was in progress.
The picture was shared by Lewis Hamilton through his Twitter Account and ever since then, that picture has gone viral all over the world.
One of the main reasons behind the picture’s ever-growing popularity is the Williams driver Nicholas Latifi who was sitting next to Hamilton during the conference.
The Canadian Latifi may not have the same level of skills as compared to other drivers on the grid but one thing that does have is that he is a fan favorite. No matter how he performs on track he is still adored.
Lewis Hamilton is very well aware of this and it is very clever on Hamilton’s part to share the picture ahead of Nicholas Latifi’s home Grand Prix. People from all over the world have been reacting to Hamilton’s tweet and one such person while talking up Latifi wrote, “Everyone is a Latifi fan. Even if they say they’re not, they are Latifi fans.“
The reason why Latifi is adored so much by his fans is because of the way he handles criticism. People have previously many times roasted Latifi for his driving style but the Canadian has never lost his bearings while reacting to such things. This is one characteristic that every driver should try to develop in themselves.

Lewis Hamilton came away from Azerbaijan with a solid P4 finish for his team on a track where the Mercedes was not that quick. Ferrari’s double DNF allowed the Mercedes duo of Hamilton and Russell to move further up the grid.
The Montreal track also has similar characteristics to Azerbaijan and given that the silver arrows struggled on long straights, the team has got a big job on its hands to make the W13 “competitive and comfortable” to drive during the upcoming Grand Prix.

The Canadian Grand Prix is a home race for Nicholas Latifi and like Hamilton, Latifi would be looking to put a strong performance in front of his home fans. Would they be able to do it or not is something we’ll see from upcoming Friday onwards.
