The US has seen exponential growth in their viewership ever since 2018. America has been a part of F1 for a very long time now. But the fans in the West weren’t really ready or willing to fully commit to the sport.

NASCAR had its own heritage, and IndyCar had some decent living around the country. But F1 is the pinnacle of motorsport and didn’t really have the hike it had back in Europe. Formula 1 seems to have gained the attention it needed also due to an introduction of a national team, Haas.

But Driver to Survive changed the plot of the motorsport story all around the world but mainly impacted the States. COTA has been the only circuit back in America but understanding the hike and maintaining consistency with the peak, recently two new circuits were added to the list.

Texas continues with the heritage of an F1 race in the States. But 2022 saw a new track at Miami serving itself as a part of the Formula 1 making it two circuits for America. Las Vegas is getting ready for a night race in 2023, and that makes it three American circuits.
