Jean Todt, the Ferrari F1 legend, has made it known that Michael Schumacher helped him in his relationship with Oscar Winning star, Michelle Yeoh. Todt has admitted that during his early relationship days, the former 7-time F1 World Champion used to help him communicate with Yeoh via text.
Michelle Yeoh, at 60 years old, has won the Oscar for the 2023 film called, Everything Everywhere all at once. Moreover, the film has amassed a total of 17 Oscars in Los Angeles. This is a huge moment in Yeoh’s life, as with her Oscar award, she has become the first Asian woman to achieve this feat.
Todt is on cloud 9 with his wife’s heroics, and while appreciating her via Twitter, he wrote, “A moment of pure grace and immense happiness! What a journey! I’m proud of Michelle for receiving the Oscar Academy Award for Best Actress.”
The duo met for the first time in Shanghai in 2004, and today, it has been around 20 years of them being together in a happy and prosperous married life. Jean further said, “I knew immediately that she was my dream woman, even before I met her. It was destiny. She was the woman I had been waiting for.”
Moreover, when it was made public that they were in love with each other, Yeoh said, “Jean is a wonderful person. I’m glad that I make him so happy.” Looking at the comments of both, it seems that they met each other at the right time, and their chemistry just clicked instantaneously.

Jean Todt was Ferrari’s Team Principal from 1993 to 1997. According to him, his time with Michael Schumacher at Ferrari helped him a lot in his relationship with Michelle Yeoh. In his opinion, the 10 years at Ferrari made him great friends with Schumacher. Moreover, he believes that his time at Ferrari also helped Schumacher and Yeoh to become good friends as well.
While talking about the same, he added, “If you ask me what the time at Ferrari brought me: Here you can see the best of it. If it wasn’t for my job, I wouldn’t have met Michelle at all. The time at Ferrari was worth it for that alone.”
Jean Todt is simply grateful for how the stars aligned in order to help him get married to now Oscar-Winning Star, Michelle Yeoh. Todt believes in destiny and ardently thinks that everything that happened in his life ultimately brought him closer to Yeoh.
