“I expect Ferrari to be strong there,” Max Verstappen wary of the Italian Giants’ threat at Zandvoort

Max Verstappen
The defending World Champion and current championship leader, Max Verstappen is all ready for his next race at the Dutch Grand Prix. He realises that he has an intensive weekend coming up and expects the race to be a competitive one.
The 24 year old Dutchman will reach Zandvoort on Thursday as he is currently taking a break at home, in Monaco. Max is looking forward to the upcoming Grand Prix, as is clearly stated in a press release from his team at Red Bull Racing. He is currently leading the championship by 93 points and a dominant win in his next race, could cement his place as the champion this year.
The track at the Dutch Grand Prix is one that requires more downforce, giving Ferrari an edge over Red-Bull, but the team is confident despite the odds being stacked them they can pull through and secure a victory. “There’s a lot more downforce required at the track in Zandvoort so it will be harder for us to be dominant, I expect Ferrari to be strong there”, said Verstappen.
Does Ferrari’s advantage for the Dutch Grand Prix guarantee their victory or will Red-Bull secure another 1-2?

The next race on the F1 calendar is the Dutch Grand Prix at the Zandvoort circuit and the fans can’t wait! It is the home grand prix for the defending World Champion, Max Verstappen and the fan expect him to win here, but disaster can strike as Ferrari seem very confident about their chances on securing a victory in the coming race.
When asked about the upcoming race, the Dutchman said, “I of course want a good result but it’s important to always score points, lets hope we can do a good job. It will be great to have my family there supporting me, I’m just going to enjoy the weekend with all the fans, it’s going to be pretty crazy.”
With the Zandvoort circuit requiring a lot more downforce, Ferrari seem to have the upper-hand against Red-Bull in this aspect. They have high hopes for a victory and could possibly end up beating the Dutchman at his home Grand Prix.
