Pierre Gasly looks as excited for the Miami GP as any other Formula 1 fan. It’s been one of the most successful periods for the sport lately. After a tremendous last season which saw both the championships being decided on the last race of the season, we have seen the proactive nature of the FIA to build on that success. The organization has made it intentions of expanding their reach very clear.

The Netflix series “Drive to Survive” was a step in that direction which saw Formula 1 from just being a rich man’s sport to being tremendously popular amongst the youth. There has been a significant rise in the youngsters watching the sport. Now, the FIA has decided to tap one of the biggest untapped markets, the USA. The country looks set to hold his first Miami GP and the drivers cannot hold back their excitement.

Pierre Gasly, like many others, could not control his emotions as the Miami GP inches ever closer. The Frenchman has not had the best of starts to the season with just 6 points to his name as he trails his team mate Yuko Tsunoda by 4 points. Pierre Gasly would love to turn his around his season with this Miami GP. The 26 year old seems to loving the track on the stimulator and expects it to be equally fun on race day.

Pierre Gasly is licking his fingers to rev up that engine and go racing on this pacey circuit. Pierre Gasly recently said, “Well, I’ve tried it and I must say it looks pretty awesome.”

“I really liked the layout. Quite a lot of high-speed content, quite challenging, unusual type of corners, extremely long corners, very long straights.”

“We should have some pretty good American entertainment, good entertainment the whole weekend, so very excited about it and the location is unique.

“So very hyped about the weekend,” as reported by gpfans.

Pierre Gasly can’t just wait to race around the Miami circuit which is full of fast corners and long straights which would help the driver to overtake even more.
