In the early part of the summer break, Max Verstappen was having a good time with his family and friends but now with the return date of F1 approaching real fast, the Dutchman has started putting in the work to be completely ready to spread his magic behind the wheel of the RB18.

After 13 rounds, Max Verstappen is 80 points ahead of Charles Leclerc in the 2022 Drivers Championship but despite the huge margin the 24-year-old is not leaving any stone unturned and is doing all he can in order to be as razor-sharp as possible.

Max is well aware of the capabilities of Charles Leclerc and Ferrari and moreover, the Monegasque has been the victim of some bad luck that has cost him quite a decent chunk of points. Had Leclerc not been at the center of all the bad luck, he could have been closer to Verstappen in the Driver’s Championship.

Max Verstappen is putting in the hard yards during the time that is left before getting down to business and via his Twitter handle has shared a picture of himself running and wrote, “Halfway through the summer break but gearing up for the second part of the season, I’ll be ready.”

Moreover, this post also marks the end of the long hiatus that Max Verstappen took from Twitter. After the end of the Hungarian Grand Prix, the Dutchman was barely active on his social media handles but now he is back and fully charged up for what is going to be an intense last 9 races of the 2022 season.

Ferrari is going to come at Red Bull with everything that they have got and it is going to be a fascinating watch to see how Max Verstappen and Co. are going to fend off the challenge of the wounded Ferrari team.
