As the 2023, British Grand Prix came to an end, Max Verstappen claimed the win and took home a bunch of points which have added to his tally. At this point, the Dutchman has more points, then second place constructor Mercedes. on the other hand, Sergio Pérez sits in second place in the championship as Fernando Alonso chases him closely from P3. It has been a tough few races for Sergio who seems to have gotten a string of bad luck at times.

Both Christian Horner and Dr Helmut Marko have gone on to the media and defended Sergio Perez stating he won’t be leaving the team. Alas, a statement like this from a team like Red Bull can’t be considered as fully accurate. Nevertheless, it will be interesting to see what Sergio Perez can do next to next week at Hungary.
