Lance Stroll, the Aston Martin F1 driver, has had quite a ride so far during the ongoing 2023 season. The campaign has been full of major lows but his outing at Interlagos showed there is still room for light at the end of the tunnel. To everyone’s surprise, Stroll was really on it during the whole Brazilian GP weekend.

Lance Stroll ended his 71-lap outing in a brilliant P5 finish and during the weekend, he was asked to talk about where his priorities lie after the end of the ongoing season. In recent times, questions were raised regarding his motivation levels for the pinnacle of motor racing.

The plan is to stay next year, It's been a challenging season at times for sure. one great highlight but also some frustrating days recently. But yeah, the plan is to keep going next year for sure.

Looking at the comments of the 25-year-old, it is quite clear that while he has gone through some extremely difficult challenges this year, he is willing to continue with the Aston Martin F1 team for the 2024 campaign. He does not see himself leaving the sport at least until the end of 2024.

Lance Stroll’s bad run of form finally came to an end in Brazil

While Lance Stroll has made it known that he is going to be around the pinnacle of motor racing in 2024, this year’s bad run of form finally came to an end at the iconic Autodromo Jose Carlos Pace F1 circuit. Firstly, he put his car in the top three for the main race, and second, he was able to execute a good 71-lap race to come away with a much-deserved P5 finish.

With only two races remaining in the ongoing campaign, he is going to go into the upcoming events high on confidence. The AMR23 to everyone’s surprise, worked really well around the Interlagos circuit, and thus, could prove to be a potent weapon at the Las Vegas strip and in Abu Dhabi.

Lance Stroll has got a huge burden off of his shoulders with his fifth-place finish, and considering this, he is not going to be under the kind of pressure was in before the Brazilian weekend. Two more top finishes would do nicely for the Canadian to close out the 2023 Formula 1 season.
