Numerous changes were introduced to the Formula One car over the years, seeking high performance. These alterations have had a significant impact on the sport’s dynamics and performance. McLaren’s Lando Norris has linked the severe back pain he started suffering from last season to these recent alterations in F1 car design.

Norris disclosed that he had incorporated new physiotherapy routines, customized seats, and even sacrificed his cherished rounds of golf to alleviate the strain on his back. Regarding his back pain, Norris stated, “It was probably worse last year than it is this year.”

He also expressed hope that the back pain he’s been experiencing won’t result in any long-term issues. The Englishman highlighted that fellow drivers have raised concerns about the physical toll imposed by the current generation of Formula 1 cars.
