Nico and Lewis

Nico Rosberg and Lewis Hamilton had a fierce rivalry when they were teammates at the Mercedes team between 2013-2016, and one of their most iconic moments came at the 2015 United States Grand Prix when the Brit pushed Rosberg off track going into Turn 1 at the Circuit of the Americas.

Moreover, what made the incident more significant was the fact that, after the race, in the cool-down room, Nico threw his hat at Hamilton for pusing him off the track.

Moreover, Nico Rosberg is the only driver who has managed to beat Lewis Hamilton in a Mercedes. Valtteri Bottas during his time with the team was never able to beat the Brit for the Championship.

The Brackley-based Mercedes F1 team has got lesser machinery in comparison to Ferrari and Red Bull this year, and because of this fact, Lewis and George haven’t been able to challenge for race victories.

However, as the season has gone on, the team has managed to improve the W13, and for the upcoming United States Grand Prix, there are high expectations in the Silver Arrows camp.

The team is all set to bring its final upgrade of the campaign to Austin and it is believed that the modification is done around the aerodynamics side of the W13.
