Ferrari racer Charles Leclerc is famous for his shenanigans off the racetrack as the Monegasque driver often springs up at high-profile events by the side of his girlfriend Alexandra Saint-Mleux. The Scuderia recruit was seen at the Wimbledon games enjoying a match alongside fellow F1 driver Pierre Gasly and his ladylove Kika Cerqueira. And he was also spotted at a concert by Mäneskin in 2022 ahead of the Mexican GP, where he posed with the band members for a photo session too.
And about a year ago, while appearing on a Vanity Fair video for their official YouTube channel, Mäneskin name-dropped Charles Leclerc while discussing who is their most popular celebrity fan. The team’s only female member, Victoria De Angelis, as well as their lead singer Damiano David disclosed that it was Charles who slid into their Instagram DM’s. It is already common knowledge that Leclerc is inclined towards music since he has released some of his records such as AUS23 and MIA23.
Thanks to Charles’ brilliant music and his great relationship with Mäneskin, fans have speculated that they might strike up a collaboration soon. The band from Italy has already come second in their country’s X Factor competition and their song ‘Zitti e buoni’ also got an award at the Eurovision Song Contest in 2021. Ever since then, they have belted out some superhits like ‘Beggin” and ‘I Wanna Be Your Slave’.

Charles Leclerc released a sudden clip on Instagram with his photo playing a piano and no preamble was given to his fans. On clicking the video, they came across a beautiful piano rendition that had no vocals. Leclerc then shared the Spotify link to his song, and the fans realized the Ferrari racer has actually been serious about releasing some of his recordings. After “AUS23 1:1”, came “MIA23 1:2” and “MON23 1:3”.
But Charles Leclerc is not the only F1 driver who has forayed into the music world. 7-time World Champion Lewis Hamilton has admitted that he featured on a a Christina Aguilera song called ‘Pipe’ in 2018 where he used the pseudonym of XNDA.
Charles Leclerc’s music has already received massive support from his fans. On Spotify, the Monegasque is listed as an ‘artist’ with 180.2k monthly listeners at the time of writing this article. His most listened-to song remains his first one–“AUS23 1:1”. It remains to be seen if the Ferrari driver manages to pull off some great victories in the upcoming season and makes some more songs about those Grands Prix for his fans to enjoy.
