Max Verstappen was recently spotted enjoying his break with his girlfriend Kelly Piquet at a pool. The couple were spotted together in Sardinia enjoying a relaxing day at the beach. The pair was also seen socialising with their friends and their kids. After some back to back hair-raising performances at the F1 Grands Prix which have yielded him eight wins in a row, Max has now decided to leave the world of racing for the summer to lounge by the pool on his Italian vacation.
Max is currently the top contender holding a total of 314 points. Behind him are Fernando Alonso and Sergio Perez who are currently in second and third position. With the fastest car in the grid, the Dutch lion has no pressure on his back and can finally enjoy his vacation on the Italian Side.
This week, the 25-year-old Formula One racer and his long-term girlfriend Kelly Piquet were seen relaxing by the pool in Sardinia, Italy. Kelly videotaped and snapped photos of Max as he practised his somersault jumps into the pool while he was shirtless. The Dutch driver was spotted reading his time off from the grid and spending it wisely with family and friends.
Max Verstappen’s Italy trip will be the last vacation before Formula 1 moves outside Europe
Verstappen is on his way towards for the best season of his career so far with 10 wins this season. Verstappen is getting ready for his home race in Zandvoort later in August. With the fastest car on the track, Max will not have any problem maintaining his lead and his team Red Bull is pretty much relaxed this season and hope to maintain the lead and break the world
It is the last break before Formula One travels to Europe -South America and the much-awaited Las Vegas GP yet to debut. All the drivers will have ample time to relax physically and mentally before the major part of the season unveils. The 2nd half of the season will unveil huge performances from all the teams. This is something the fans will love.
