Max Verstappen, the Red Bull F1 driver, has once again managed to triumph at the Japanese Grand Prix. He put in a stellar show from start to finish and at the end of it all, managed to win the 53-lap Grand Prix by a margin of over 12 seconds.
While his sensational triumph has made immense noise on the web, one other thing has also caught the attention of the fans. After the race, Max Verstappen was seen sharing a warm hug with Kelly Piquet‘s daughter, Penelope.

The duo is immensely famous among F1 fans for coming up with heartwarming content every now and then. Immediately after the end of the race, Verstappen spotted Penelope and went toward her to give her a warm hug.

Max and Penelope in recent times, have often shared beautiful moments during the reigning world champion’s infamous online sim-racing sessions. The latter at this point, is probably more popular among the F1 fans than Kelly Piquet.
Max Verstappen claims the Chinese GP weekend will be quite ‘hectic’
While Max Verstappen has shared a heartwarming moment after the end of the Japanese GP, he has already started looking ahead toward Round 6 of the ongoing season. He believes that the Chinese GP weekend will be quite hectic.

The event at the Shanghai International Circuit will be run under a Sprint weekend format.

The 26-year-old has been on it from the get-go during the ongoing 2024 F1 season. What happened in Australia was not his fault, and barring that, he has been completely flawless. After Japan, Max Verstappen has managed to get a commanding lead over the chasing pack, and considering this, he will have several eyes glued on him during the Shanghai event.
