Max Verstappen and Sebastian Vettel have been the two of the most successful drivers to get behind the wheel of a Red Bull. The Milton Keynes outfit has always given youngsters a chance to go out there and showcase their talent. Not a lot of teams have been able to that in the but Red Bull have been courageous and reaped fruits from that strategy. Both Max Verstappen and Sebastian Vettel are examples of that.
The four time world champion won 4 world championships with Red Bull and still holds the title of youngest F1 champion after he won the championship at the age of 23 in 2010. Although Max Verstappen wasn’t able to break this record held by Sebastian Vettel but he has certainly gone on to break his record of most number of podiums in F1 for Red Bull after he secured yet another win at the Azerbaijan GP capping the perfect weekend.
The reigning world champion was on song from the get go. Although he was able to make any places up in the first few laps, it was pretty clear that he had the pace if he reserved the tyres for the right time. That’s exactly what he did and registered his 5th win of the championship and extended his championship lead in the process. This was an incredible result for him after he looked relatively slow in Qualifying.

The reigning world champion proved that he’s the boss after a disappointing result in Monaco. After the race, he said, “I think today we had incredible pace in the car, we could really look after the tyres and we could chip away at it, pass for the lead.”
“But obviously also maybe a tiny bit lucky with the retirements, but nevertheless I think our car was really quick today.”
“I could have closed that gap, so then you have a race on your hands, but overall, really happy with the balance of the car today,” as reported by formula1.
We all agree that Max Verstappen is one of the most talented drivers in F1. So, if he continues to work hard and put in performances like these, there is no doubt that he’ll demolish all the records in the future.
