Formula 1 is a demanding sport. The drivers’ schedules are usually packed. The 2023 calendar has 23 races. The F1 drivers hardly have time to develop other skills. Yet, somehow they do. The racing stars pursue hobbies outside the sport as well. Max Verstappen is a brilliant driver. He is a force to be reckoned with. His name is among the most successful F1 drivers. However, apart from racing, he has other talents too.
The Dutchman is known for his love for virtual racing. He is very good at it. The only thing that can stop him is a server glitch. Red Bull has revealed Verstappen’s other hidden talent. And it does not have much to do with racing. The Milton Keynes team shared a video of Verstappen, Sergio Perez, and Daniel Ricciardo on social media. It turns out Verstappen is surprisingly good at juggling.
The video shared by Red Bull starts with Verstappen declaring, “If the Cirque du Soleil needs someone, I’m ready”. The two-time world champion shows off his juggling skills. His teammates Perez and Ricciardo were impressed by the show the two-time F1 World champion put on. “That’s pretty good! Are you ready for the circus?” asked Perez. And Verstappen believes he is ready! “Yeah! I can be in Cirque du Soleil.”

Cirque du Soleil responds to the Max Verstappen show

It was an amusing exchange between the Red Bull trio. Cirque du Soleil is the largest contemporary circus producer in the world. The official account of Cirque du Soleil responded to Red Bull’s video, “We’re ready when you are!”. They tagged Verstappen as well. By the looks of it, they are thrilled to welcome the F1 driver on board; maybe, for a brief cameo, it will be great PR for the firm.
The Formula 1 fan was delighted with the video. They were impressed with Verstappen and called him a talented young man. The Dutchman’s reaction training for Formula 1 might have contributed to his juggling skills. He seemed very pleased with himself after the successful juggling. The fans have requested Red Bull to share more videos of the three drivers.
Max Verstappen will go into the Azerbaijan Grand Prix as the championship leader. He has two wins out of the three races so far. He also has two pole positions. After the Australian GP, the Dutchman is 15 points ahead of his only possible rival at the moment, his teammate, Sergio Perez. There are two weeks left for the next race in Baku. This gives Verstappen ample time to hone other skills.
