The inappropriate behavior saga is finally behind Christian Horner with the Red Bull group deeming the Brit not guilty. While the whole fiasco is done, McLaren’s CEO, Zak Brown, is not pleased with the secrecy, with which, the matter was handled.
Zak Brown firmly believes that the Austrian outfit should have been completely transparent at every step of the way with their investigation. From Day 1 of the investigation, various kinds of rumors came out of the rumor mill with Red Bull not commenting on them.

The 2024 F1 season has officially begun with yesterday’s running, but ahead of today’s FP3 and Qualifying, Brown has bashed Red Bull regarding their way of handling things around the Horner investigation. In a recent interview, he said, as reported by FormulaPassion:
I believe that, from what I have seen, there continue to be many rumors, speculations and questions. I think the FIA has a responsibility and an authority towards our sport, our fans and all of us in Formula 1. We need to make sure that things have been completely transparent.
Brown with his strong reaction, has made his frustration quite clear with Red Bull. Moreover, seeing the seriousness of the situation, he has even asked the sport’s governing body, the FIA, to step in and take matters into their own hands.
Christian Horner and Co. had a tough during the Bahrain GP Friday running
While Zak Brown has mercilessly bashed the Red Bull group for their way of doing things around the Horner investigation, the latter has other things to worry about going forward. Christian Horner from the very first day of the investigation, maintained that he did not do anything he was getting accused of.

However, while the 50-year-old is done with the investigation, he has an immediate problem to deal with leading up to today’s Bahrain GP qualifying session. Max Verstappen and Sergio Perez were nowhere near the top three during yesterday’s FP1 and FP2 sessions.

A few in the paddock suspected that the Milton-Keynes-based team was sandbagging, but if this is not the case, then Horner and Co. have an uphill battle ahead of them. Today’s FP3 session will be immensely important for the Red Bull F1 team.
