“Most boring circuit in the calendar”: Fans react as F1 heads to France

Formula One is all set to occupy the weekend once again, as the 12th round of the season will be conducted in France. The race will be held at the iconic Paul Ricard circuit, which was constructed over 50 years ago.
Charles Leclerc and Ferrari head into the race with a thrust of confidence, after storming past Max Verstappen and Red Bull in Austria. Leclerc left his championship rival stunned, overtaking Verstappen on three occasions at the Red Bill Ring.
Max Verstappen will look to get one back on the Ferrari driver in France this weekend. The Dutchman emerged victorious at the Paul Ricard circuit last season, which was a part of his three-race winning streak. Meanwhile, Sergio Perez and Carlos Sainz both endured DNF’s which should put them out of the championship battle for now.
