“No need to rush things,” Nico Rosberg believes it’s too early for Mick Schumacher to switch to a top team

Mick Schumacher has been having some of the best race weekends in his F1 career snapshot, and Nico Rosberg is impressed. After he scored his maiden points in Great Britain, and continued to make it a streak at the Austrian Grand Prix. Prior to this, there were many speculations and questions about the young German on whether or not he would move ahead in the sport and would the team keep him for the upcoming seasons, but his current performance, defending against world champions Max Verstappen and Lewis Hamilton confirms that he certainly has got the potential to be one of the best drivers in the sport.

To achieve a better result, it is required to have a good car in the sport that is competitive with the top cars that dominate others, and although Schumacher has a good car right now, it is possible that he might as well start dominating if he gets in one of the major teams, but Rosberg thinks that it would be too early for the German. According to him, it would be best for Mick to not rush about moving into a top team and take his time at Haas before making a significant move.

Nico Rosberg thinks Mick Schumacher should take his time

According to Rosberg, it wouldn’t be wise for Mick to make a move to a top team so soon, as his career has just started, and he should take his time in the team. “It would make sense for him to take his time before moving on to a top team,” GPBlog quoted;
“There is no need to rush things,” he concluded.
After scoring points in two continuous races, Mick has now moved up places to 15th in the driver’s standings with 12 points in his bag, and Haas stand 7th in the constructor’s, from Kevin Magnussen’s 22 more points, giving a total of 34 points to the team.
