Red Bull has had its moment in the light before with its glorious Sebastian Vettel era, but never has it had such dominance as it has with Max Verstappen. The Dutchman has led the charge to take the Milton Keyes-based team to heights never seen before, setting records left and right, winning the Championship thrice in the process.
Red Bull co-founder Dietrich Mateschitz passed away on October 22nd of last year, just weeks after witnessing Max Verstappen win a dominant second-world title. Red Bull director and close friend of Mateschitz Helmut Marko rued that Mateschitz was not around to witness Max Verstappen break countless records and take Red Bull to the highest it has ever been.

Helmut Marko said:
It's a shame that Mateschitz will no longer be able to witness this triumph and incredible performance of the team and drivers, especially Max Verstappen’s performance.
Red Bull has now set multiple records in 2023 as a constructor, after losing only one race throughout the entire year. The Champion team set the record for most wins in a row for a team at 15, beating McLaren’s previous 1988 record of 11. They also broke Mercedes’ record of 19 wins in a singular season by winning 22 of the 23 races held in 2023.
Max Verstappen emotional after record-breaking Abu Dhabi Grand Prix win
Max Verstappen took his fourth win at the Yas Marina circuit, setting multiple records in the process. The Dutchman extended the record for most wins by a driver as well as a constructor in a single season, at 19 and 21 respectively.

The race win marked the final race of the 2023 season, a year dominated by Red Bull from start to finish. With every Grand Prix win but one, the Milton Keyes-based team’s competitors have had no answer all season. Max Verstappen admitted that he was emotional on the in-lap after the race, following an incredible year for him.
An incredible season. It was a bit emotional on the in lap. The last time I was sitting in the car that has of course given me a lot. Of course, very proud to win here, also at the last race.Max Verstappen said, from formula1.com
The Red Bull masterpiece RB19 has been a huge factor in the success of the team in 2023, and the Abu Dhabi race was its last Grand Prix outing. The Adrian Newey-designed machine achieved victory in 21 of the 22 races held this year, setting a level of domination that may never be repeated again.
