RFK Racing has been the team in form in the last few races in the NASCAR Cup Series. The team has jelled well together, and good results have now appeared for the team. With its latest Top 10 finish at the Wurth 400 with both its cars, the team has, after almost a decade, managed to land both its cars in the Top 10 in consecutive races.

RFK racing has got fast cars this year, and they are riding pretty high on confidence. One of the team’s drivers, Brad Keselowski, after finishing his exploits in eighth and seeing his teammate, Chris Buescher, finish in 9th at the Dover Motor Speedway, said, “We had a good recovery. Had top-five in the first stage, had a pit road issue, and we recovered from that. Solid top 10 day – drove back through. We’re not far off here. Just looking for a little more, and I felt like we were pretty close. Excited about that, and proud of our day – especially Chris running well. Just a strong showing.

Brad Keselowski has made it clear that he is immensely proud of the brilliant job that everybody on the team did at the Dover Motor Speedway. Moreover, he has also indicated that just a little more performance is required from the car in order to fight at the front end of the NASCAR Cup Series grid.

Brad Keselowski and Chris Buescher have performed well as a team this year and have played a major part in the upturn in RFK Racing this year. They have always tried to play the team game, and the harmony between the drivers is very indicative from Keselowsk’s comments, where he has shown appreciation for Buescher’s ninth-place finish.

Is RFK Racing targeting a third consecutive Top 10 finish at Kansas Speedway?

While the morale is high at RFK Racing, the team wants to make the most of it. With Kansas Speedway next up on the Cup Series calendar, the team is eyeing another Top 10 finish with both its cars. Keeping this into view, Keselowski added, “The whole company is just grinding and committed to taking us to the next level to get both these cars in the playoffs.”

Brad Keselowski has made it crystal clear that RFK Racing means business in 2023 and will do everything in its power to finish as high as possible in the standings. Currently, Keselowski is ninth in the overall standings, whereas Chris Buescher is 12th. Both drivers are focused on continuing their good run of form, and they are targeting the playoffs as the minimum for themselves.

However, it will not be like a walk in the park for the two RFK Racing drivers. There are still quite a few races to go in the season, and if they want to see themselves in the playoffs, they would have to be incredibly consistent in the upcoming races. Would the RFK racing duo be able to do that against some of the other seasoned campaigners of the sport?
